Payment & Order Process

Submitting an order form on our website does not constitute a completed purchase. No payment is collected at the time of form submission.

Our process is as follows:

  • You submit your order request through our website form.
  • Our team reviews your request and sends a confirmation.
  • We then issue a secure invoice for the agreed amount.
  • Payment is collected only after you review and approve your order details.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

Refund Policy

Because our products are fully customized digital creations made specifically for each customer, we maintain the following refund guidelines:

  • Before production begins: If you cancel your order before we have started creating your personalized content, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of payment.
  • During production: Once production has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of completion.
  • After delivery: Because personalized digital products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused, we do not offer refunds once the final digital product has been delivered, unless the product materially fails to meet the agreed specifications.

We are committed to your satisfaction. If there is an issue with your delivered product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Turnaround times vary based on order volume and complexity. We aim to deliver your personalized product as quickly as possible, typically within 5–14 business days of receiving all required information and confirmed payment.

You will be notified by email once your order is in production and again upon delivery. Delivery is via digital download or secure link — no shipping address is required.

Timelines may vary. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to fulfill your order as efficiently as possible.

Content Submission & Requirements

To create your personalized product, we require certain information and content from you (such as names, dates, photos, or messages). You are responsible for ensuring:

  • All submitted content is accurate and complete.
  • You have the right to submit any photos or materials provided.
